By using this website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. These Terms are intended to comply with applicable consumer protection and commercial law in Taiwan.

A. Key Definitions

"Service" or "Audit"

The technical review of third-party API integrations conducted by Cloud API Link under a separately agreed scope of work.

"Client"

An organization or individual that has entered into a separate written agreement with Cloud API Link for an audit engagement.

All text, graphics, reports, and materials made available on the Site or produced as part of an engagement.

"User"

Any individual accessing or browsing the Site, whether or not they become a Client.

B. Nature of This Website

This Site is provided for informational purposes to describe Cloud API Link's technical audit practice. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to provide services, financial advice, legal advice, or compliance certification. Any engagement for an actual audit is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which will set out scope, fees, timelines, and specific terms applicable to that engagement.

C. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, interfere with its normal operation, or use automated means to scrape or copy Content without our prior written permission. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Site for any User who violates these Terms.

D. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all Content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Cloud API Link and protected under applicable intellectual property law, including the Copyright Act of Taiwan. F. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cloud API Link shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law in Taiwan, including the Consumer Protection Act where applicable.

G. Third-Party Links

This Site may reference third-party vendors, standards bodies, or frameworks for informational context. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party resources referenced or linked from this Site.

H. Engagement Terms Are Separate

If you engage Cloud API Link for an actual audit, the terms of that engagement, including confidentiality, data handling, fees, and deliverables, will be set out in a distinct written agreement between Cloud API Link and the Client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement will govern with respect to that engagement.

I. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Taiwan.

J. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
