B. Nature of This Website
This Site is provided for informational purposes to describe Cloud API Link's technical audit practice. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to provide services, financial advice, legal advice, or compliance certification. Any engagement for an actual audit is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which will set out scope, fees, timelines, and specific terms applicable to that engagement.
C. Acceptable Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, interfere with its normal operation, or use automated means to scrape or copy Content without our prior written permission. This Site and its Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cloud API Link makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information published on this Site. Descriptions of our audit methodology are general in nature and may not reflect the exact steps applied to any specific engagement, which is instead defined in a separate scope of work.
F. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cloud API Link shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law in Taiwan, including the Consumer Protection Act where applicable.

This Site may reference third-party vendors, standards bodies, or frameworks for informational context. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party resources referenced or linked from this Site.
H. Engagement Terms Are Separate
If you engage Cloud API Link for an actual audit, the terms of that engagement, including confidentiality, data handling, fees, and deliverables, will be set out in a distinct written agreement between Cloud API Link and the Client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement will govern with respect to that engagement.
